Visit this beautiful, exceptional estate in perfect condition: Château de la Crouzillière.
"La Crouzillière" is the preserved name of a 15th-century manor, erected in the center of an old vineyard of 22 hectares (originally producing the "Noble Joué" White French Wine).

Located in Joué-lès-Tours (third largest city of the department of Indre-et-Loire), just south of Tours, the stately home is surrounded by a 7000-m² park planted with beautiful trees, including tercentennial cedars. The beautiful house is hidden in a circular garden, from which one catches sight of the two towers that flank the main building, registered in the inventory of historical monuments.

Indeed, several elements of the Manoir de la Crouzillière are registered at the ISMH (Inventory of Historical Monuments), including:
 - The postern gate
 - The main façade made of "tuffeau" stone (including the two flanking towers)
 - The "fuye" (small dovecote)
 - The vaulted cellar and wine-tasting cellar

Space area of the manor : 260 m²
Land (park): 7000 m²

On the ground floor (very high ceiling, about 3.5 m) are a large kitchen communicating with a dining room and a beautiful living room of about 50 m2, featuring exposed beams and a monumental fireplace. The kitchen and living room are bordered by a winter garden that can also serve as a dining room in the summer. A studio-like extension, which communicates with the winter garden and living room but can be made independent, comprises an office, bedroom, bathroom (with "Italian" shower and WC) and kitchenette.

Access to the 1st floor is through the wide staircase of the entrance tower (with a landing that can be used as a small office). There are 3 bedrooms - one suite with bathroom, toilets and dressing-room, one with a private sink, and a small room with a south view – as well as a separate large bathroom and toilets. On the 2nd floor, under the roof of the tower, is a 4th bedroom; the attic covers the rest of the main building.

Outbuildings: Garage (2 to 3 parking cars), shed for garden tools, large vaulted underground cellar adjacent to a wine-tasting cellar.
